Bob Sass

Bob has been a member of the Knights of Columbus for 36 years and a Fourth Degree Member for 35 years.  After retiring from over 40 years in healthcare technology, Bob joined the order as a Field Agent covering Councils in Western Massachusetts. In the past, Bob served in commercial roles in sales, marketing, operations, executive leadership assessment and development, mergers and acquisitions and executive management in biotechnology, cardiology and telemedicine.  Bob’s last role was as the Chief Operating Officer of AMC Health in Manhattan, New York.

Bob has been fortunate to qualify as a Member of the Million Dollar Round Table in 3 out of 6 of his years as a field agent.  Bob is deeply committed to the order and the members.  He currently serves as the Scholarship Chairman of the Easthampton Knights of Columbus.  In addition to his activities with the Knights, Bob is very active in the Western Massachusetts Catholic Community and Pro-Life Organizations.  Bob has been an active member and speaker with the Cursillo of Western Massachusetts.  He serves as member of Pro-Life of the Pioneer Valley, and a board member of Massachusetts Citizens for Life.  Bob is on the organizing committee for “Faith on Fire” and responsible for fund raising for the event. In addition, Bob is a member of the Board of Directors of the Visiting Nurses Association of Holyoke Hospital, and the Clearway Clinic of Springfield and Worcester, Massachusetts.

Bob is an active member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Easthampton.  He has one son Joseph, a daughter in law Cristina and a two beautiful grandsons, George and James.  He graduated from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Business.
